   The staff was great helping me set up an appointment and keeping me up to date on my appointment needs. Dr. Taylor was very understanding and went through great pains to make sure the tests my employer required were completed.    I’m afraid people who choose OTC hearing aide don’t fully understand how much personalized professional help is required to get the most benefit out of their hearing aids. Western Slope Hearing and Balance provides excellent support!

   Bought my first pair of hearing aids earlier this year from Western Colorado Hearing and Balance. This could not have been a better experience.  The hearing aids have greatly improved my ability to hear and interact with others, which is fantastic.  Ashley,  Alex and the rest of the staff have gone out of their way to help, adjust, explain and help again.  These people are courteous, personable, very professional and as helpful a group as I’ve encountered. I’d recommend Western Colorado Hearing and Balance to anyone exploring hearing aids.

   Dr. Bebee goes above and beyond to help her patients!
Other doctors told me there was NO treatment for Tinnitus!
Not true!!
Dr. Bebee has masked my tinnitus and improved my hearing, and my life!!  I am grateful. She respects what each patient tells her and provides the best care for each.
All staff members in the office share that philosophy.

   I have been very pleased with my decision to visit WCHB for my next set of hearing aids.  I have been an aid wearer for over 50 years and have had many experiences with different products and providers.  I can honestly say  that the Hearing evaluation I got from Alexis is likely the most thorough and comprehensive I have ever had and I was so grateful for that.  Ashley fitted me in my new aids yesterday and that whole process has gone very smoothly.  Very professional and complete in all of the service that I have been given thus far.  Thanks WCHB!!
